Shipping Policy
All items ship USPS Ground unless you request another carrier. Shipping includes tracking and insurance.

Please read individual item descriptions to learn more about shipping times - most items ship 1-3 business days from payment of order. Holidays and very large orders may require an additional few days.

Return & Exchange Policy
Normally I do not accept returns due to the nature of my products.

That being said - I do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me within 10 business days to discuss the problem. We WILL reach an amicable solution - either a return or an exchange.

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to return item. Product must be in original condition and free of odors.

There are NO returns on digitally downloaded items.
